On October 17, the second industry business conference organized by the Furniture Manufacturers Association of Latvia, "The Furniture Manufacturing Industry in Latvia and Worldwide. Today andTomorrow." Industry professionals, material suppliers, and policymakers are invited to participate in the conference to discuss and share their experiences.
The central theme of the conference is human capital and market competitiveness, which will address questions such as whether Latvian furniture manufacturing will continue to be led by people or robots, how to attract and retain employees, how the new generation is changing the work culture, and what opportunities are opened up by digitalization and collaboration with architects and designers.
